Workout on your own:

A. 2mile warm up

B. Leg swings

C. Sprint Drills

D. 3x1mile ( Boys A Group: 5:08, Boys B Group 6:57 …..Girls  A Group 6:57, Girls B Group 8:04)…. Rest between each is a 1:1 ratio ex.. A Group boy has to do the mile in 5:08, his rest will be 5 mins between each mile.

E. 2 mile cool down

F. 100 pushups 200 abs

G. Stretch
