A. Sprinters/ Jumps / Hurdles: 20 Minute Run, 50 Pushups, 3×10 Squat Jumps, 100 Abs, 3×15 Leap Frogs
B. Mid Distance/ Distance: Easy 6 Miles, 50 Pushups, 3×10 Squat Jumps, 100 Abs, 3×15 Leap Frogs
C. Throwers: 10 min Jog: 50 Pushups, 3×10 Squat Jumps, 100 Abs, 3×15 Leap Frogs

- Winter Conditioning: We will participate in Virtual Zoom meetings on Sundays to review the status of workouts to be done on your own three days a week. A link will be provided on Saturday for the Sunday Zoom meetings.
