Good evening Student Athletes, Below, please find the student athletes who have made the 2021 track and field team. Please remember we will allow athletes currently involved in Winter OCPS FHSAA sports to try out once their season has concluded. A. Sprinters/ Jumps / Hurdles: 15 Minute Run, 3x100m lunges, 100 abs, 50 pushups B. Mid Distance/ Distance: Easy 6 Miles, 3x100m lunges, 100 abs, 50 pushups C. Throwers: 10 min Jog: 3x100m lunges, 100 abs, 50 pushups Every athlete interested in trying out for track and field must be cleared with all required paperwork uploaded.
